Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia and the United States only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries.

2. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Delivery timeframes and tracking availability are subject to Australia Post’s services and conditions.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received and verified.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods, sales, or public holidays.
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and Australia Post service delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Shipping Fees

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 AUD on all orders within Australia 

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 AUD within Australia only.

International shipping is calculated based on weight.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel directly via the Australia Post website.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee to have the order resent.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

Please note that once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control, but we will do our best to support you.

9. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
